Montessori Baked Goods 3 Part Cards

Hi again! I'm going to keep this short and SWEET. These Baked Goods 3-part cards compliment practical life activities and special baking projects. It seems no matter a person's background there are always special memories in the kitchen, right?

Use part 1 of the cards to introduce vocabulary and add in parts 2 and 3 for your readers later on.

**little story**

Making drop biscuits was one of the most well-loved baking activities on my shelf. A simple step-by-step recipe booklet made it a great reading practice extension as well. I have extremely fond memories of biscuit-making becoming a child-led class project. Often, an older child (a reader) would be making biscuits and younger children would ask if they could help by grinding nutmeg or cinnamon, chopping apples, or slicing bananas. It was so fun to share these biscuits as a community at the end of the day during a story.
